PTL began in the home of former owners
Bob and Irene Coronato in Huntington, New York.

1974
|
PTL developed the vandal-resistant "positive stop"
concept which became a standard for the New York
City Housing Authority.

1980
|
PTL moved from the home of the Coronato's to a
650 square foot store from shop.

1983
|
PTL was on the move again to a larger 2500
square foot industrial building.

|
1990
|
PTL moved from Huntington, New York to
Toccoa, Georgia, our present location.

1992
|
PTL introduced escalator safety fixtures meeting
both ASME and New York City codes.

|
1995
|
The Centurion Series and Performer Series names
were developed to describe PTL's vandal resistant
button and classic button designs. The Minuteman
hall station name was also developed to describe
our surface mount units.

1996
|
PTL celebrates 25 years in business!

1999
|
PTL developes the Metropolis Series and introduces
it to the Elevator industry.

2000
|
PTL successfully developed and began to market
Acid Etching.

2002
|
PTL developes world class manufacturing concepts
to produce fixtures for the elevator industry, at
competitive prices and the fastest lead times in
the vertical transportation industry.

2006
|
PTL transfered ownership from founder and owners
Bob and Irene Coronato, to general manager Jon Heffer.
